Cue Match Privacy Policy
Effective: 26 July 2026
Cue Match helps players and clubs arrange matches, run competitions, communicate, and maintain playing records. This policy explains what information the service handles, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account and profile: authentication identifier, email or phone number, display name, avatar, nationality, gender, city, biography, selected club, role, login and last-active times.
- Playing and club activity: match results, ratings, table sessions, competitions, attendance, club administration, marketplace listings, and announcements.
- Content you choose to share: chat messages, voice recordings, images, profile photos, reports, and information submitted to club or competition features.
- Service and device data: session tokens, push-notification tokens, basic request and security records, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
- Club-plan records: plan requests and payment proof uploaded by club owners where that feature is available.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate users, provide the features requested, display player and club activity, deliver notifications, store and synchronise content, process support and safety reports, prevent abuse, maintain service security, and meet record-keeping obligations.
Photos, camera, and microphone
Cue Match accesses photos, the camera, or the microphone only when you choose a feature that needs them, such as selecting an avatar, sharing a chat image, recording a voice message, or uploading a club-plan receipt. You can change these permissions in your device settings.
Service providers
Cue Match uses Apple and Google/Firebase services for authentication and push notifications. Those providers process information under their own policies and are expected to protect it consistently with their contractual and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Safety, reports, and blocking
When you report content, the selected content, reason, reporter identity, and reported account may be retained so an administrator can investigate and act on the concern. Blocking prevents direct contact and hides blocked users' content from your chat views. Administrators may restrict accounts or remove content that violates community standards.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept only for as long as needed to provide and secure Cue Match, resolve disputes and safety reports, and satisfy applicable obligations. You can permanently delete your account from Profile → Delete account. Account credentials, profile details, messages, and personal uploads are deleted or anonymised. Completed match, competition, audit, safety, or payment records may be retained without your personal profile details where needed for integrity, security, disputes, or legal obligations.
If you cannot use the app, see the public Cue Match account deletion instructions to submit a request to the developer.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, control device permissions and chat notifications, block or unblock players, report content, and delete your account in the app or by following the account deletion instructions. Contact us to request access to or correction of account information, or for privacy and support questions.
Children
Cue Match is not intended for children under 13, and a person under 13 must not create or use a Cue Match account. Players aged 13 to the age of legal majority where they live may use the service only where applicable law allows it and with any consent, approval, or supervision required from a parent or legal guardian.
If you believe a child under 13 has created an account or submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete or otherwise handle the information as required. A parent or legal guardian may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of a minor's personal information. We may ask for information reasonably needed to identify the account and confirm the requester's authority.
